Mass timber refers to engineered wood products such as cross-laminated timber (CLT) and glue-laminated beams used in sustainable building construction.

LaCuKnos (Language, Culture and Knowledge through Science) is funded by the National Science Foundation and supports educators and multilingual learners in Oregon's rural classrooms to pursue and succeed in STEM academic and occupational pathways.
Learn how a new approach to building can increase the strength of wood boards for construction and change the economics of forestry in some parts of Oregon. This training was developed by the LaCuKnoS team at Oregon State University.
SSMART Forestry is pioneering the field of forestry through cutting-edge research and technology. Sponsored by EDA, Oregon Mass Timber Coalition, State of Oregon, and the US Forest Service.
